Innovation in Steering Wheel Controls
For my Master's thesis I'm visiting the Interaction Design research group at Chalmers University of Technology, in Sweden. Here I'm working on integrating touch, haptic feedback and pressure sensitivity on steering wheels controls. Our goal is to study ways to allow for safe and hands-free interaction with driver infotainment systems.
Naturum Digital Experience
Naturums are visitor centers found in Swedish nature reserves. As a case study, I'm designing a digital experience for these visitor centers. The goal is to create an experience tailored primarily for the public at large, rather than the hiking enthusiast. A starting point to plan Sunday adventures and learn more about the wilderness, all while keeping intact feeling of being immersed in nature.
Among other things I'm exploring the concept of seasonality.
Seasons change drastically our experience of nature and this should be reflected in the content of the application: users will get information and recommendations relevant to the current season. But what if this seasonality was also reflected in the appearance of the app?
